Inbound Flows
- Purchase Orders NS-> Capacity | Purchase Order gets generated in NetSuite and is sent to Capacity making inbound shipment available to receive.
- Transfer Orders NS-> Capacity | Transfer Order gets generated in NetSuite and is sent to Capacity making inbound shipment available to receive.
- Return Authorization NS-> Capacity | Return Authorization gets generated in NetSuite and is sent to Capacity making inbound shipment available to receive.
- Item Receipt Capacity -> NetSuite | Inbound Shipment arrives at warehouse. Capacity Receives Items into the system. NetSuite creates Item Receipt from Capacity API or SFTP
Outbound Flows
- Sales Orders – NS → Capacity | Sales Order transaction gets generated in NetSuite. NetSuite pushes transaction to Capacity API. Pick, Pack, Ship process by Capacity.
- Transfer Orders – NS → Capacity | Transfer Order transaction gets generated in NetSuite. NetSuite pushes transaction to Capacity API. Pick, Pack, Ship process by Capacity.
- Item Fulfillment Capacity -> NetSuite | NetSuite creates Item Fulfillment from Capacity API.

Item Master — NS-> Capacity
Inventory Variance Report (NetSuite stock vs 3PL stock) to compare matching stock.
This report suggests an adjustment that can create it with the push of a button on the review screen.
The suggested quantity can be edited manually before creating the adjustment. It can also be rejected to ignore the suggested adjustment.

Capacity LLC 3PL
Capacity is a 3rd party Logistics company whose WMS software is integrated with NetSuite using the In8Sync DirectConnect software for NetSuite. All configuration and management of your integrations occur within your NetSuite account. There is no external integration software outside of NetSuite involved in the application. Capacity LLC 3PL app connects directly to Capacity LLC’s logistics to be integrated and process the data within your NetSuite account.nc.
