Job Summary:
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all the global, role-based and process-based training programs. Along with all training programs as identified. These programs will be closely tied to the overall development of the company, ensuring that our customers, partners and internal teams are proficient in using our software solutions and growing and enhancing the overall experience of In8Sync. The Training Manager will work collaboratively with the entire organization to create training materials that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training Program Development
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive all training programs as identified company wide.
- Tailor training to all the different roles within the organization and for our products, partners and customers.
- Create training materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
- Continuously update training content to align with new policies, procedures, processes, products, features and updates.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with the entire organization to understand the correct policies and procedures to incorporate relevant training into each stage.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify training priorities based on customer feedback and internal needs.
- Partner with the subject matter experts from all departments to obtain needed data for training modules and updates.
· Delivery:
- Conduct live training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for internal teams, partners and customers.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver and track e-learning modules and training progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Employ a “train the trainer” philosophy, where management ensures accountability of all employees to all policies and procedures.
· Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
- Regularly review and enhance training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and our partners and customers.
- Implement innovative training techniques and tools to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
· Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
· Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
