Established over a decade ago, In8Sync is a fast growing, certified NetSuite Integration and Automation company based in Grand Junction, Colorado.  We are seeking a Solutions Architect with 5 or more years of NetSuite and management experience to join our Solutions Architect Team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Preferred Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5+ years of Netsuite experience
    • 3+ years of management experience

About the Position:

The In8Sync Netsuite Solutions Architect’s role is to be a key contributor to our project and product teams, working with clients,  developers, and Project Managers to implement and improve our product bundles and SuiteApps.

The scope of this role is not limited to the following:

  • Facilitate discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision & solution that meet customer and project needs.
  • Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences without deep technical skills.
  • Work with the client, sales team, technical team, and related practice area leaders within In8Sync to prescribe a complete solution to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.  (Solutions include software products, product customizations, custom development, other technical and business services, integration, and the project plans and estimates necessary to implement the solution).
  • Based on the prescribed solution, provide project plans, estimates and scope input to sales for proposals and statements of work.
  • Maintain Knowledge of other market players in your domain to leverage complementary offerings in solutions and be able to effectively compare and contrast competitive and alternative offerings.
  • Provide leadership to the project team in early phases of the systems development life cycle and checkpoint with the team periodically to provide leadership and incorporate their “on the ground” feedback into the Solution Architecture work and processes.
  • Work closely with managers and practice leaders to develop practice area specific and cross-practice solutions that incorporate in*sync best practices and experience.
  • Maintain skills in your area of expertise and stay up to date with industry and technology trends including ensuring certification requirements are met as required for your role.
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring to others in areas of expertise.
  • Be a utility player as necessary.
  • Be an inclusive member of the entire team to reach short-term and long-term goals.
  • Contribute to the company as a whole through communications of ideas, practices, and recommendations.

Skills:

  • Ability to operate in a multi-faceted role often consisting of elements of Solution Architecture, Project Management, Business Analysis, Workshop Facilitation.
  • Ability to work with SME’s, other team members, and clients to determine the best solution for known and anticipated constraints.
  • Able to operate confidently and propose appropriate solutions in ambiguous/ early-stage situations.
  • Able to define and document high-level solution and system architecture and explain how various components of the architect will interact.
  • Able to estimate the level of effort and duration for entire projects/engagements.
  • Able to estimate individual user stories/tasks to a high degree of certainty.
  • Able to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and via documents and other deliverables.
  • Able to create and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Able to easily adapt to change, and effectively manage priorities.

Compensation:

  • $90 – $110k Annually commensurate with experience.
